Spotted, another apartment with potential in Surry Hills. It is a good size at 100sqm and I like the floor layout, as well as the mirrors in the living area to make it appear larger than it is. (Sold $730k)

    

So with that all in mind, from the living room below I would change to the following.

for the dining room, I would stick to the rich colours and wood features.

 The kitchen would need a total revamp. I may be tempted to add a big colour feature for the bottom cabinets like the blue below, white floor tiles and open cabinets on the top. Adding some industrial elements with the fittings.

The bedroom is looking pretty dull. A lick of grey paint on the wall, white blinds and wooden features, would do the trick.

Then the balcony, would need some more plants added.  Something like the below would be great.
