Home - Coastal

This could possibly be my ideal home. The location itself is to die for - Scrubby Bay, east of Christchurch, New Zealand. And you can rent it. Anyone??

I am so in love with this shipping container. How ingenious is this!! Like SERIOUSLY. Now I seriously need to find my plot of land.

Now Then Whenever

Now Then Whenever - Inspire

For those with children growing up, this is something to ponder - if you haven't already - Revealing all your assets is not what it used to be. So would you click or not click? I do like the advise from her friend - “Always crop your face out, darling. Your lover will still know it’s you.”

Has anyone been watching Outlander? Apparently it is making waves in television land for presenting a (hetrosexual) female-gaze. After reading this and watching this (nudity warning), it makes me think why is it that the women have been the ones showing their assets and not the men? For what reason? Is this the new normal? God forbid!

My choice will be rather than to click, I will do the Super Power Pose. Harvard associate professor Amy Cuddy explained that "power posing"—for example, standing like Wonder Woman—not only makes you appear confident, but actually changes your brain chemistry to make you more courageous. So in the same week as more assets are revealed, we have Emma Watson's UN speech. Well done Hermione.

It refers me back to this riddle......

A father and his son are in a car accident. The father dies instantly, and the son is taken to the nearest hospital. The doctor comes in and exclaims, "I can't operate on this boy." "Why not?" the nurse asks. "Because he's my son," the doctor responds. How is this possible?

Here's the answer, below...

The doctor is the boy's mother.

Did it take you long to get the answer???  Would you have said the same answer 30 years ago? 20, 10 or even 5 years ago?

Now if all this is just creating more fear or stress, I found these articles interesting:

Fear - Seized by the Thunderhold of Fear - Fears stop us from following our dreams, from taking risks, from pursuing love, from seeking adventure, from speaking in public, from going into the unknown, from starting a new venture, from reveling in discomfort. We procrastinate, overeat, find distractions, because of fear. We are seized with constant worry, from fear. And yet, these fears are just clouds.

Stress - Think about the worst possible outcome, then go for a walk. Clarify what can be controlled and what is out of your control. Confirm that everything possible has been done with matters under your control.......then hopefully watch that cloud of fear fly away!

There has been a lot of cool styles on the street around the SS15 shows. Here are a few work wear styles that have caught my eye, and are pinned here.

For a more relaxed weekend look, I zoned in on these. Pinned here.

Home - City / Decoration / Small Spaces

This apartment was being sold as a Chic Garden Sanctuary with study/2nd bedroom, Peaceful And Private With Lush Tropical Surrounds, Stroll To Woollahra Village And Station. It eventually did at a price of $665k. Another example of what styling can do to the price, because it doesn't have a car park.
