It is slightly overwhelming all the options out there for small one bedder houses. Here is another that caught my eye. (Sold $780k)
There is not much to do on the front, but I could be tempted to paint the front door in red or black.
For the living room, it would go from this
to this, by removing the bookshelf and putting in an L-shaped couch
