It would seem that Sydney's property market went off with a bang in the last week before Easter, because can you believe this little house sold for $855k.

It does need a bit of a makeover don't you think. If I was the new owner, this is what I would be thinking of doing. White gloss on the floors this time.

Front Room - I would change the room and put bi-folds in so that it can be opened up when not being used as a quiet study or guest room.
