I have a few posts I am going to publish that focus on kitchens in small units.
The unit below, was the starting point. I love how the re-positioned the kitchen to the hallway. I presume they did, at least. I would have imagined it was at the back of the property near the bathroom, and by moving it to the hallway, they created an extra bedroom. Cleaver work as it uses up the extra room in the hallway, which would have been wasted, and makes it a more communal. It could have been a study I guess, but again not much chance to make it a quiet room, if it was in the hallway.
