So I previously saw another property in Cecily St a while back. And now another one is on the market.

Not much to do with the front, but I would include some more pot plants.

Then following the above floor plan, I wouldn't change the layout of the living room below

but for the bedroom below

I would do a bit of tweeking to make it like this
