This apartment was recently published in Elle Decoration UK, March 2019. I loved the look and feel of the changes they had done, particularly how they moved the kitchen into the hallway. I think that makes perfect sense. But the one frustrating thing about it was they didn't show in the article was where the fridge was placed.
But I have found some more pictures from here. It seems Elle Decoration Sweeden had already published it.
